Senior Manager Compliance - Third Party Due Diligence (m/f/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent 

 

What you can expect:

  • You develop STADA's Compliance Management System, focusing on Third-Party Due Diligence (TPDD), Sanctions, and Legal Sustainability aspects
  • You identify, assess and manage Compliance risks in TPDD, Sanctions, and Legal Sustainability
  • You assist in creating, implementing, communicating, and updating guidelines and processes for TPDD, Sanctions, and Legal Sustainability
  • You conduct TPDD audits at Third Parties
  • You provide support for projects related to Sanctions
  • You independently managing TPDD and Legal Governance projects for STADA's Sustainability initiatives
  • You monitor regulatory Compliance in TPDD, Sanctions, and Legal Sustainability
  • You develop training programs and conducting personnel training in TPDD and Legal Sustainability
  • You collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote Compliance initiatives, supporting investigations into Compliance violations, preparing regular reports on TPDD and Legal Sustainability activities and risks, staying updated on relevant laws and regulations
  • You assist the Head of Third-Party Due Diligence and Sustainability in Compliance matters and participate in processes to ensure Compliance with sanctions and export control laws and regulations

 

Who we are looking for:

  • You have a state Exam(s) in Law or Master's degree in Law, Economics or a related field
  • Additional certifications in the area of ESG/Sustainability, Sanctions or Third-Party Due Diligence are a plus
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience in a Legal & Compliance role, preferably with a focus on Third Party Due Diligence and/or Legal Sustainability
  • You have experience in dealing with Sanctions and Export Compliance and in-depth understanding of Compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
  • You bring strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills as well as excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in German and English, other languages are a plus
  • You are able to work effectively in a team and build cross-functional relationships
  • You follow high integrity and ethical standards
  • You are able to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks at the same time
