Senior Manager Quality Compliance & Excellence Cluster WE/CEE (m/f/d)

What you can expect

• You provide oversight activities for quality processes in the Cluster 
• You support the Quality strategies for the Cluster in line with Global Quality Policies and Strategic direction
• You are responsible to provide oversight of testing and release activities to ensure products are released in time and in compliance with current registered Marketing authorization requirements
• You monitor and analyze quality performance, support in development of mitigation plans, and assist in the implementation of quality and productivity improvement projects in the Quality organizations of the sites 
• You are member of the WE Cluster Leadership Team 
• You provide input and oversight to continuously assess the Quality level of the products based on Recalls, Customer Complaints, Deviations, Batch Rejects, and Stability failures, identify improvement opportunities and implement remediation plans 
• You support the assessment of the Compliance level of the sites
• You support to oversee inspection preparation, inspection handling and on-time responses to inspection observations for the sites
• You assess the QA and QC performance of the sites and identify areas for improvement 
• You periodically review metrics of each site
• You support to summarize the Quality performance results of the Cluster on a regular basis to provide reports to Global Quality Management
• You visit each site on a regular basis, assess the performance of the site together with the SQH, participate in Site Quality Councils and interact with the Site Quality Staff on a regular basis 
• You support the establishment of the annual budget for the Cluster Quality organization

Who we are looking for

• You have a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences or related field
• You have at least 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry as part of a Quality organization
• You have several years of experience in a related Quality Leader role
• You have additional training in Change management, Project Management, 6-Sigma, Lean Processes desirable
• You are fluent in English 
• You have excellent communication skills
