Senior Manager Quality Compliance & Excellence Cluster WE/CEE (m/f/d)

What you can expect
In this role you will be a member of the WE Cluster Leadership Team and will oversee all quality processes and their strategic alignment throughout the cluster. 

• You identify improvement opportunities and support the implementation of quality and productivity improvement projects 
• You provide advisory support in the preparation and follow-up of inspections
• You assess the quality level of the products based on recalls, customer complaints, deviations, batch recalls and stability issues 
• You report the quality performance of the cluster to global quality management on a regular basis
• You regularly visit each site, assess the site's performance together with the Site Quality Head and provide advice to the local quality groups 
• You will be involved in setting the annual budget for the cluster quality organisation

Who we are looking for

• You have a degree in pharmacy, natural sciences or related fields
• You have at least 10 years of quality experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• You have several years of experience in a management position and enjoy strategic and advisory activities
• Additional training in change management, project management, 6-Sigma, lean processes is an advantage
• You can communicate excellently in English. German language skills are an advantage
