Commercial Launch Excellence Manager for Generics (f/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent 

The Commercial Launch Manager will report to the Director Commercial Projects Western European Markets and is responsible for managing all commercial aspects related to new product launches across STADAs Western European affiliates and various global functions. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with functional leaders from different areas in the organization.

What you can expect

• You will be working as a part of a cross-functional highly dynamic and motivated team with responsibility for an ambitious growth program of new product launches within our portfolio.
• You drive execution of key launches from a commercial perspective and act as orchestrator and facilitator for critical launches between global functions and STADAs Western European affiliates.
• You build up commercial excellence for all launch related aspects, build up best practices and create transparency with standardized planning and reporting.
• You monitor progress, identify risks and gaps, and escalate those if needed in a timely manner.
• You represent country interests on global level, challenge local business cases and make sure all global and local stakeholders are aligned and informed.
• You cultivate relationships with internal stakeholders ensuring tactical execution is aligned with product and Stada strategy.
• You will report to the Director Commercial Projects Western European Markets.

Who we are looking for

• A successful track record in a new product launch/business development capacity in the pharmaceutical industry. (Generics and CHC experience, ideally in a prior in-country commercial function would be highly desirable)
• Solid commercial acumen and project management delivery expertise to maximize the commercial impact of each launch into the market
• The ability to work at pace on a high number of product launches simultaneously.
• Excellent organization and planning skills
• A curious mindset and able to proactively problem solve
• Strong stakeholder management skills and able to work effectively in cross-functional teams
