As Manager PMO & Business Excellence Specialty, you will be responsible for managing complex projects and optimizing business processes within the Specialty Unit in TechOps. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that drive efficiency, promote innovation, and deliver measurable value to the organization. What You Can Expect
In your role as Manager PMO & Business Excellence Specialty, you will:

Project Management
- Oversee the detailed project plans for all initiatives in the Specialty Unit, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal cross-functional teams and external vendors for seamless project execution.
- Track project performance, ensuring successful completion of short- and long-term goals, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Identify risks in projects and develop strategies for mitigation and problem resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, including schedules, plans, and regular status reports.
Business Excellence
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve productivity across TechOps Specialty operations.
- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize business operations.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to measure the success of improvement efforts and drive actionable insights.
- Provide training and development support to staff on process optimization methodologies and best practices.
- Act as a driver for process innovation, fostering a culture of operational excellence and collaboration.
Who We Are Looking For
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences, Management, Economics, or Engineering; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- You bring over 5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with expertise in project management and operations; 10 years is preferred.
- You have a proven track record of delivering value-added initiatives, such as cost savings, productivity improvements, or sales growth.
- You are experienced in managing large-scale projects and implementing business process optimizations.
- You excel in collaborating with senior management, tailoring communication styles and strategies to stakeholder needs.
- You possess excellent analytical and organizational abilities, enabling you to handle complexity effectively.
- You are a strong communicator and team player, able to balance attention to detail with strategic thinking.
- You are fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is desirable but not required.
