What can you expect
Manager ESO (External Supply Organizations) Sourcing and Strategy is part of team who supports and manages Tech Transfer business cases prior to approval, participates in Due Diligences of new CMO as well as Product Lifecycle projects implementation.
Manager ESO Sourcing and Strategy ensures systematic approach and continuous improvement of STADA’s processes and ways of working under his/her responsibility.
- You lead and coordinate the initiation, preparation and review of technology transfer business cases prior to approval
- You manage and negotiate requests for proposals with potential CMOs
- You manage and coordinate the negotiation and signing of production transfer agreements
- You monitor and analyse current CMO capabilities and performance, challenge the status quo and support initiatives to improve the CMO network
- You implement and continuously improve processes, tools and STADA’s ways of working
- You participate in due diligences of new CMOs and provide expertise on technical operations and delivery topics
- You will lead product lifecycle projects and support initiatives to improve production costs, manufacturing processes and supply improvements
- You will monitor, analyse and report on tech transfer initiative and product lifecycle projects
- You coordinate and lead internal and external cross-functional teams
Who we are looking for
- You have a Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent in pharmacy or chemical engineering, pharmaceutics or biotechnology, engineering or related technical disciplines
- You have proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 4 years of experience in operations, MS&T, validation or quality. Experience in leading technology transfers and/or project management is an advantage
- You have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and bring a good understanding of production structures
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken), other languages are a plus
- You work in a proactive and supportive, creative and pragmatic way
- You are a team player with the ability to support ideas and execution with valued results
- You are reliable, results-oriented, independent and able to take responsibility and make intelligent decisions based on facts
- You are able to work with multiple tasks and under time pressure
