As Manager Global Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition (f/m/d) you will be part of our Global Culture & People Team and report directly to the Vice President Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In this role you will manage planning, development and execution of the global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding strategy of STADA Group, making sure we position us as employer of choice and attract the best talents in the industry.
What you can expect:
- You are a key player in positioning STADA as employer of choice and increasing our brand awareness across different target groups (e.g. white collar, blue collar, engineers)
- You will lead global employer branding projects and activities in close collaboration with Communications and Talent Acquisition teams, to ensure that our employer brand is consistently and effectively represented
- You will further develop our existing Employer Value Proposition and define ways how to communicate it internally and externally.
- Ownership for our career page including the rebranding project to constantly optimize our candidate experience and company presence
- You will develop, manage, and implement employer branding communication campaigns across all channels to drive candidate attraction and engagement
- You will track and measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and projects by analyzing data and identifying opportunities for further growth
Who we are looking for:
- You have a track record of successful Employer Branding / Talent Marketing initiatives, with experience working in a multinational or global company
- You demonstrate a strong strategic mindset to develop and execute global employer branding and talent attraction initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals
- You are proficient in branding and marketing strategies in Talent Acquisition, with a deep understanding of how to position and promote STADA Group as an attractive employer.
- You possess cultural sensitivity and adaptability to effectively manage employer branding across diverse global markets and target groups.
- You are a great networker and enjoy connecting and aligning with colleagues across different countries and functions
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English and German (must), including the capacity to convey the company's culture and values to potential employees.
