HR Business Partner (f/m/d) 



We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic HR Business Partner (f/m/d) to be a driver of our growth journey. You will partner with the management team on implementing our HR strategy and improvement initiatives to build value for the organization. In addition, you will work closely with our employees, providing high-quality HR services, insights, and advice to dedicated functions. To do so successfully, you will align and collaborate closely with the local HR community and global HR Centers of Expertise.   

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Be the key point of contact for the dedicated functions in all HR related issues and liaise with the relevant stakeholders: Leadership teams, employees, and workers council
  • Drive talent development and capability building as well as succession planning 
  • Manage talent acquisition for key roles 
  • Actively engage in organizational development to foster the cultural transformation in line with our company values 
  • Advise on core HR processes, policies, and regulations
  • Support annual performance and compensation review as well as HR budgeting and analytics

Qualifications and expectations:

  • Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Economics, Business Administration or Human Resources Management
  • Min. 5 years of proven experience as HR Business Partner in a dynamic and global matrix environment 
  • Ability to cover the comprehensive range of HR topics with a pragmatic approach and hands-on attitude
  • Team player with a positive mindset and the ability to build strong relationships quickly 
  • Flexibility to approach challenges in a dynamic environment in an entrepreneurial manner
  • Proven change management experience
  • Excellent English and German language skills
