Director Global Business Continuity Management (BCM) (f/m/d)

The Director Global BCM (Business Continuity Manager) is responsible to support the Senior Director Global HSE with design, implementation, communication and coordination of our BCM systems and programs as part of STADA risk management. The position will focus on the implementation of global and functional / local BCM structures within the STADA organization.

 

 

What you can expect:

•    You establish, lead and develop independently the STADA BCM Standard/SOP and guidance documents on global level
•    You define and lead implementation and roll-out plans for BCM across global functions and sites
•    You develop with our internal stakeholders an efficient BCM-system for our external CMO suppliers
•    You closely support and provide expert advice to functions and sites with developing their BCM plans / processes 
•    You define and implement BCM-KPI´s and BCM reporting structures for management

 

Who we are looking for:

•    University degree in engineering, chemistry or other related natural/technical field
•    Relevant work experiences (> 10 years) in the industry on global / divisional level
•    Relevant work experiences (> 4 years) in implementation of BCM or comparable processes
•    In-depth experience of cross-functional processes in the pharmaceutical industry or comparable industries
•    Experience in developing / implementation of new business processes or management systems 
•    Very good proven communication and co-operation skills with all hierarchical levels of an organization
•    Good project management skills and ability to overlook cross-functional and multi-country programs
•    Pro-active working stile and motivation to drive and implement change
•    Very good knowledge in English
•    Willingness to travel (estimated 20%)
•    Location of work will be Germany (Bad Vilbel) and in HomeOffice
