Manager Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (f/m/d)

As Manager Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (f/m/d) you will be part of our Global HR Team and report directly to the Vice President Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding. In this role you will manage planning, development and execution of the global talent acquisition and employer branding strategy of STADA Group, making sure we attract the best talents in the industry and offer a great candidate experience.

  

What you can expect:

 

  • You will lead projects to develop global recruitment excellence in close collaboration with our network of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists
  • You will enable execution of a global recruitment strategy with the aim of providing a great candidate and hiring manager experience
  • You will drive employer branding projects and further develop our EVP to increase our brand awareness
  • You will develop communication campaigns that support our talent acquisition strategy and drive candidate attraction and engagement (on social media, events and other channels), always in close collaboration with our Digital Communications Team
  • You will track and measure the effectiveness of implemented talent acquisition / employer branding projects. You will present the progress regularly to stakeholders and the HR Community 
  • Continuous improvement of the onboarding experience for STADA new joiners 

 

Who we are looking for:

 

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • You demonstrate several years of experience in the field of Talent Acquisition / Recruiting and have a sound experience in leading employer branding projects
  • You have a passion for recruitment and candidate experience. You always challenge the status-quo to continuously improve our processes
  • Proven experience in program / project management in a large, complex, global company
  • You enjoy working collaboratively across various functions and feel comfortable in an agile and dynamic environment
  • Outstanding communication skills and track record of building alignment amongst cross-functional partners to drive initiatives 
  • You are a great networker and enjoy connecting with colleagues across different countries
  • Excellent English and German language skills
