Director (f/m/d) Global eCommerce CHC

Your responsibilities:

 

  • Own and drive the implementation of global STADA CHC eCommerce strategy to drive sustained outperformance vs. competitors in terms of sales and profit - monitoring market trends, identifying sources of growth, and building strong business cases to present to wider CHC teams
  • Collaborate with and support local teams, manage and deliver excellence in their eCommerce operations - enabling shared strategic and operational learnings, aligned processes and reporting
  • Manage Amazon accounts from a centralized business perspective - understanding and addressing the impact local trade terms and pricing can have on global dynamics
  • Set central eCommerce KPIs and closely monitor eCommerce progress, updating senior management via regular business reports
  • Work with local eCommerce teams to develop operational eCommerce KPIs, identify and subsequently implement operational and RoI improvement opportunities
  • Continue to expand STADA’s eCommerce - focus Amazon & other market-places - geographical footprint to additional countries not yet present in
  • Manage the central eCommerce support team, with dotted-line leadership of eCommerce country operational teams
  • Lead cross-functional teams (e.g IT, regulatory, sales, marketing, trade marketing, content management business analytics, finance and controlling) as means to successful project management

 

Your qualification:

 

  • Completed bachelor's degree in field such as economics, business, marketing or equivalent
  • Proven commercial track record of delivering eCommerce and/or Amazon sales outperformance in international markets
  • Experience of designing and implementing new processes and programs
  • Brand management expertise in CHC and/or FMCG environment
  • Very strong digital Marketing skills and proven ability ongoingly optimize RoI of a Marketing support model driving online sales
  • Proven track record of meeting key targets and milestones through project management
  • Solid understanding of the wider eCommerce space ranging from online sales channels of bricks & mortar accounts, to marketplaces including Amazon, to direct-to-consumer sales. Knowledge of advanced eCommerce world such as China is a plus
  • Proven ability to successfully lead and manage 3rd parties such as supporting agencies
  • Fluent in English, ability to speak German a plus
