Your responsibilities:


  • Proactively scout for partnering opportunities aligned with company´s strategy
  • Establish and maintain relationships with potential partners
  • Work with internal stakeholders in cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and evaluate opportunities
  • Own the full transaction process from opportunity sourcing to deal execution
  • Work with Finance to develop financial models
  • Responsible for integrating input from cross-functional team into presentation to Senior Management to enable informed decision making
  • Lead partner interactions and conduct term sheet and contract negotiations


Your qualification:


  • University degree or equivalent
  • In-depth professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, business development and / or M&A (minimum of 5 years)
  • Solid track record of transaction closing
  • Ideally multi-year experience in:
    • Analysis of market potentials and strategic marketing of pharmaceutical products
    • Coordination of multiple large and complex projects
  • Negotiations in international context
  • English language skills at negotiation level
  • Affinity for figures and comprehension of financials
  • High analytical and conceptual skills combined with entrepreneurial mentality
  • Affinity for legal matters
  • High resilience and ability for multi-project management
