SAP/APO System Lead/SME (m/f/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

• Lead the roll out of the project for SAP APO (SNP), PP/DS and Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP)

• Establish and maintain the relationship with internal customers and stakeholders on international level

• Work closely with IT to identify any systems changes required to implementation

• Enable system usage APO integrated planning without any business interruption

• Accountable to engage with the sites in the scope of the program

• Responsible for successful Go-Lives for the sites according to agreed timeline

• Assure APO integrated planning solution design is fit for purpose for the sites

• Lead team of site project managers to ensure successful and on time, local rollout of the APO integrated planning releases according to program schedule

• Assure close collaboration with SC Heads of pilot sites and other involved stakeholders

• Coordinate as SPOC (single point of contact) for all project related issues or escalations between program team and local sites / ESO / E2E planning organization

• Manage on time local gap closing activities with support of local PM and Site Program team

• Facilitate definitions of site readiness for roll-outs and final checks for go live at local level

• Drive change management activities in sites to assure readiness for new process and IT system

• Works together with sites to establish the training and change management requirements

• Provide regular status update to program and prepare for steering committee

• Escalate risks and challenges and ensure decisions are taken timely to avoid impact on timelines and budget

• Identify Key Design Decisions together with IT team, prepare the options with Pros and Cons for decision

 
Your qualifications:

 

• University degree with a specialisation in supply chain, economics, management or related discipline

• Minimum 7 years of experience of Supply Chain

• Strong Leadership skills

• Experienced in leading projects managing cross-functional and cross-cultural team in a matrix organization

• Ability to demonstrate a consistent track record of successful project delivery, including at least one APO project

• Experience working as a supply planner for a minimum of 3 years

• Strong project management skills and experience with ERP / systems implementation planning cycles and deliverables

• Minimum one full APO SNP or PP/DS implementation experience with strong hands on expert knowledge of APO

• Minimum one full SAP ECC / HANA implementation experience with hands on experience with PP, MM, SD modules

• Very independent, structured and goal-oriented work with a good sense for interdisciplinary context and big picture

• Knowledge of SAP (e.g. in the area of Production and/or Replenishment Planning) and APO integrated Planning system

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and MS Project

• Excellent knowledge of English is required, Good German is an advantage

• Mobile to travel
