Global Inventory Head (f/m/d)

What you can expect
As Head Global Inventory you are responsible for providing leadership for Inventory Management Globally, within affiliates, production sites and CMOs. You will lead initiatives, implement next-gen tools, and support pilots, which involve inventory planning.
- You take the responsibility for inventory of the entire portfolio and lead cross-functional teams
- You develop and roll out a global inventory strategy
- You lead the inventory discussions to provide information and transparency on analysis
- You prepare presentations to management and you contribute network and impact analysis to strategic decision-making on new site supply network setups
- You improve reporting systems and drive IT enhancements to simplify and automate reporting process
- You lead modeling efforts to determine and set optimal buffer inventories
- You track project plans impacting supply and budget targets including with risk analysis and impact analysis
- You support deep dive analysis of brands and challenge planning assumptions
- You ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements and continuous improvement of quality relevant processes
Who we are looking for
- You have a university degree in Supply Chain or Science (Engineering or related fields) or Economics/Finance
- You can demonstrate experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes
- You have excellent knowledge of business processes within the pharmaceutical industry including planning, order fulfilment, capacity and supply planning, master data and life-cycle management
- You have intercultural experience and you are able act in a complex and rapidly changing business environment
- You have strong Experience in LEAN assessments and implementations and in change management
- You have a fluent command of English and ideal in german
- You are a strong leader to bring innovative ideas to fruition and drive process adherence through competency, dedication and ability to motivate
