Global IT Project Manager - SAP (f/m/d)   

Bad Vilbel | Deutschland (DE) | Full-time | Permanent 

What you can expect:

• You take overall responsibility on IT projects in the SAP environment in terms of time, budget and quality targets.
• You control the projects in all phases from initialization to handover into operations.
• You are responsible for the regular reporting to the Portfolio Management and to the Steering Committee.
• You take over the methodical leadership, guidance and motivation of the project staff.
• You execute all standard PM tasks: resource planning (internal and external), managing budget, managing scope, managing risks.
• You are responsible for the steering and controlling of external IT providers in the course of assigned projects.
• You work in accordance with IT Project Management guidelines (waterfall & agile) and actively improve and develop them further.
• You review program / project proposals or plans to determine time frame, scope, staffing and procedures for future projects.

Who we are looking for:

• You hold an university degree in computer science, business administration, engineering or a related discipline with an information technology focus.
• You have minimum 8 years of proven IT Program- / Project management experience in the SAP environment (SAP launches/implementations, SAP rollouts, upgrades, integration projects, e.g. after acquisitions, etc.), experience with SAP S/4HANA highly welcome
• Additional experience in non-SAP projects (e.g. RIM Systems, LIMS, EDMS, Analytics, IT Security, IT-Infrastructure) is a plus.
• Certification Prince2, PMI, SCRUM etc. is optional but a plus.
• You have experience in international environment and with complex projects.
• You have profound know-how of different business processes (e.g. Logistics, Sales, Production, Materials Management, Quality Management, FI/CO).
• Your knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry in the context of IT is adequate.
• You have experience in managing and contracting external vendors.
• You bring great communication skills.
• You have fluent language skills in English.
