For the department Global Quality, which belongs to the holding company of the group, the STADA Arzneimittel AG, we are looking for a



Director (f/m/d) Global Quality Systems and Improvement 

 

 

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Develops implements, maintains and continuously improves the STADA Global Quality Management System.
  • Assures all licenses are in place and triggers authority inspections as needed
  • Business system owner for all global Quality IT Systems
  • Assures adaptation of systems to updated regulations, timely depolyment of new systems, identification and training of Power Users
  • Assesses and improves Quality processes for efficiency gains and cost reduction opportunities
  • Manages Quality projects globally and locally
  • Reviews, updates and follows up on the Global Quality project portfolio
     
    Your qualifications:
     
  • University degree in pharmacy, natural sciences or comparable
  • Further training in Project Management, 6-Sigma, Lean required
  • 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • High performing professional with a proven track record in Quality, especially QMS maintenance, and experience with Quality IT systems
  • Proven track record in project management and continuous improvement programs
  • Ability to network and communicate with top management of various functions
  • Excellent knowledge of GMP guidelines and the principles and methods of pharmaceutical manufacturing and analytical testing
  • Fluent in English
