How you will make an impact

  • Be part of a 2-year multi-disciplinary development program that combines your individual aspirations with our business needs at a growing global player in the healthcare industry.
  • Complete four rotational assignments in different global STADA locations starting at our global headquarters in Bad Vilbel, Germany.
  • Deliver core strategic projects in one or more of our key functions: Commercial, Finance, Business Development and Technical Operations.
  • Cooperate directly with the Executive Committee and Senior Management team and profit from individual C-Suite mentoring.
  • Drive innovation with strategic thinking as well as creativity and challenge the status quo.
  • Create and maintain internal cross-departmental relationships and build external networks that will accelerate your career.

What you will bring to the table

  • At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a top tier Consulting company with Life Science projects, in the Healthcare or Life Sciences industry, in Consumer Goods or other related industries
  • Dedication to our values and growth mindset
  • Relevant project management experience in a global environment
  • Ability communicate a vision and act as a change agent
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic work environment both independently and collaboratively
  • Near-native or native command of English
  • Flexibility to frequent travel and relocation internationally
