About the Role:

You will be joining a team of three other Coordinators and reporting to the Artwork & Packaging Team Leader within the wider Supply Chain team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the generation of artwork which includes regulatory text, marketing designs and technical requirements for packaging and to support the delivery of our strategic vision of Caring for People as a Trusted Partner.


Key Responsibilities


    • Ensuring a high quality of customer care to all colleagues, customers & suppliers, both remotely & in person.
    • Accurate proof reading and technical checking.
    • Participate actively in team meetings, working on specific projects suggesting positive improvement opportunities.
    • Meeting KPI’s based on target dates set which are different depending on the artwork or project being worked on.
    • Manage own workload through good time management & prioritisation skills.
    • Comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation.
    • Adherence to all corporate & legal policies.

  • Meet all company specific artwork and barcode requirements within required deadlines.
  • Generate company barcodes.
  • The ability to work in a team, whilst being accountable for own actions.
  • Continuous improvement of processes and keeping all operating systems and documents updated to reflect current process.
  • Significant attention to detail & accuracy.
  • To be able to manage own workload and use own initiative to prioritize work according to business needs.
  • Maintain familiarity with current legislation, Marketing Department and Third-Party Manufacturers’ requirements.
  • Be able to operate artwork software packages as the needs of the business dictate.
