Analytics Manager   

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Sales & Marketing & Customer Service | Professionals 

 

Main responsibiltiies: 

  • Curating and creating reports/dashboards on sales and market data.
  • Analyzing market data and presenting results in the form of presentations.
  • Providing regular insights and analysis in the form of presentations on pharmaceutical market trends in the Eurasia cluster.
  • Developing and updating market analysis tools.
  • Conducting external market research, including studying customer behavior, evaluating field force effectiveness, analyzing smart brand loyalty, and examining price elasticity.
  • Systematically monitoring markets within the Eurasia cluster.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects, including participating in various company projects and the restructuring of business processes.
  • Communicating with service providers such as IQVIA, Viortis, Proxima, and Ipsos

    This role requires candidates to possess the following qualifications: 
  • A higher education degree, with a preference for economics or mathematics majors.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an analyst, with a strong understanding of analytical and financial forecasting technologies and methods for analyzing business KPIs.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to create and update dashboards, as well as write DAX codes.
  • Familiarity with databases such as IQVIA, Viortis, Proxima, and Ipsos.
  • Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred.
  • Upper-intermediate level of English proficiency, with the ability to conduct business correspondence and participate in meetings.
