About the job: 

As a customer service agent, the role involves ensuring efficient order processing and coordination across various departments while maintaining accurate master data, supporting timely deliveries to affiliates, and managing related inquiries in SAP.

Responsibilities: 
•    Timely and accurate processing of orders in SAP (including maintenance of data).
•    Monitoring delivery dates to Stada AG in collaboration with ESO procurement, planning, and production sites.
•    Coordination of deliveries to affiliates in partnership with logistics, focusing on timely delivery and cost-effectiveness.
•    Contact for affiliates regarding confirmation of delivery dates, order status, shipment inquiries, master data issues, pricing inquiries, and export documentation.
•    Support in ensuring materials are ready for order, verifying the status of graphic solutions, regulatory status, quality status, and product availability.
•    Creation of accounting approvals and entries in SAP.

Qualifications: 
•    University degree in social sciences or IV level of education with at least 3 years of work experience in the same/similar positions
•    Fluency in English is required (mnimum B2 level)
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
•    Experience with SAP is a plus.
