Administrative Manager   

Baku | Azerbaijan (AZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Human Resources (HR) | Professionals 

Candidate Requirements:

• Proficiency in Russian and English, with a strong command of Azerbaijani.
• Analytical mindset, adaptability, flexibility, ability to follow internal and external rules, requirements, and regulations; ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
• Multitasking in high-pressure environments with tight deadlines.
• Economic education is a plus, or experience working in accounting.
• Experience interacting with external providers.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks and maintain personnel records (basic level).
• Ability to work with primary accounting documents.

Responsibilities:

• Performing standard administrative tasks in the office, including reception services.
• Ensuring the office's operational functionality.
• Managing the supervisor's calendar/assistant role.
• Working with government systems related to labor relations.
• Maintaining personnel records (training will be provided).
• Providing support in the development and implementation of HR projects for the Company.
