Administrative, Health & Safety Management Officer   

Almaty | Kazakhstan (KZ) | Full-time | Permanent | Human Resources (HR) | Professionals 

Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee administrative support for the office, including document and resource management.
• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance with safety and occupational health standards within the company.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments related to occupational health and safety.
• Prepare and deliver training seminars for employees on safety and health topics.
• Liaise with government agencies and inspections regarding occupational safety and maintain relevant documentation.
• Support effective office processes and participate in process optimization.
• Advise employees on matters related to workplace safety and health.

Requirements:

• Higher education in management, law, engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of legislative and regulatory acts in the field of safety and occupational health.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
