(Senior) Operational Transfer Pricing Specialist 

Location: Belgrade 

About the job: 

As a (Senior) Operational Transfer Pricing Specialist, you will be responsible for calculating transfer pricing adjustments and supporting the billing process for the STADA Group. You will manage and maintain the intercompany contract database, assist in preparing intercompany agreements, and enhance IC service processes, including calculation, billing, and documentation. Additionally, you will support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and provide data and analyses for various inquiries, such as tax audits. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with international teams and develop expertise in transfer pricing and corporate tax.

Responsibilities: 

• Calculation of transfer pricing adjustments for the STADA Group as well as support and monitoring of the billing process 

• Responsibility for and maintenance of the contract database for intercompany agreements, as well as support in the preparation of intercompany contracts 

• Enhance the IC service processes of the Headquarter including the calculation, billing and documentation 

• Support in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for STADA companies 

• Assistance with various inquiries by preparing data and analyses (e.g., during tax audits) 

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration or similar 

• Experience in Finance and/or Transfer Pricing function of a company or in advisory is an advantage 

• Excellent English skills, German would be considered as a plus 

• Good analytical and communication skills as well as independent way of working and team spirit attitude; MS Power BI / similar Data Analytics skills considered as a plus 

• Strong interest in working in a global corporate environment 

• Occasional travelling required
