It is impossible to overestimate the value of family support. For this reason we have also taken family into consideration. Alongside flexible working time models, we also offer other services to support our employees and their families.

Contributions for child care fees
The balancing of a career and family is very important to us. As a family-friendly company we know that concentrated work is only possible when childcare is secure. For this reason we have created the option of part time work as well as a monthly subsidy to finance whole day and part-time places for employees’ children in kindergartens, nurseries, crèches or comparable organizations as well as child minders.

Christmas gifts for employees’ children
The wellbeing and happiness of children is particularly important to us. Employees’ children up to the age of 15 receive a Christmas gift from STADA every year.

Flexible working time models
A range of options for flexible working times allow our employees to individually plan their working time and leisure time. In many departments flexitime, part time and home office options are available.

Combining work and care
As a responsible employer, we also support employees who care for a relative. It is important to us to support those affected with free professional advice and comprehensive information. Employees do not have to take this additional task, they can contact an appropriate advisor directly in the company.
