In order to protect the health of our candidates and employees, all interviews are conducted via video or phone calls. For us, a video or phone interview is every bit as important and serious as a face-to-face-interview would be. We know that it can be a challenge as you might not have the chance to walk around our office spaces and sites to get a firsthand glimpse of our company culture. However, it is our goal to provide a positive experience and give our applicants best possible insights into the position they are applying for, the team and our STADA culture.

How do I prepare for a video interview?

  • Find a quiet, private, well-lit place, as free as possible from interruptions
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable
  • Check that your computer’s audio is working
  • Test your computer’s webcam
  • Have a pen, notepad and copy of your resume on your desk
  • Place your phone in silent mode


What technical requirements do I need for a video interview?

  • Computer or laptop with webcam, possible are also smartphone and tablet
  • Stable internet connection
  • Headset with microphone if necessary

If you do not have the necessary technical equipment, please contact your HR contact person in time. It may be possible to conduct a telephone interview instead.


What tool is used for the video interview?

The tool used to conduct a video interview may differ depending on the functional area and location (usually Microsoft Teams or Skype for Business). You will receive the relevant information in time before the appointment. In case of any questions, please contact your HR contact person in time.


When can I expect to receive feedback on my application or interview?

Due to the current situation, it may take a little longer than usual until you receive a response from us. However, we will try to contact you as soon as possible and ensure a positive experience for all candidates. Thank you for your understanding.

As STADA we are "Caring for people's health as a trusted partner"

While supporting healthcare systems is a key priority for STADA in these challenging times, so too is protecting the health and well-being of our employees. To assist social distancing and help mitigate the spread of the virus, all of our colleagues not directly involved in producing, testing and dispatching medicines are now working remotely. All non-essential travel and in-person meetings have been suspended. As we can‘t visit doctors, clinics or pharmacists face-to-face at the moment, we are offering round-the-clock support via digital tools such as WhatsApp and LinkedIn.
