About Job

As a Mechanical Engineer you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our engineering department. You will work closely with the team leader to organize processes, maintain equipment, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our organization and make a meaningful impact on our production processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure the proper functioning and correct usage of equipment, actively participating in its maintenance and optimization.
• Collaborate with production process leaders to propose and implement improvements in the operation of existing equipment.
• Coordinate with the team leader to timely request procurement of spare parts and technical materials, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Participate in defining requirements for new equipment and organize the production of new parts.
• Assist in the assembly of new machines, working closely with department workers.
• Actively contribute to the development of preventive maintenance procedures in accordance with SRPS – ISO standards.
• Prepare work instructions and operational procedures, ensuring their implementation and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and process optimization is plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
