Senior Program Manager Global Specialty/Biosimilar Development (f/m/d)

What you can expect

  • You ensure development deliverables for our Biosimilar / Specialty programs are completed in time, at agreed costs and carefully balancing benefits & risks
  • You manage cross-functional alignment and decision-making
  • You provide scientific and technical expertise, e.g. in regulatory, tech, transfer etc.
  • You are responsible for comprehensive project documentation, tracking and reporting
  • You manage joint decision-making as well as of potential escalation in case of non-agreement
  • You review all kinds of documents such as analytical and manufacturing documents
  • You closely collaborate between individual Project Management as well as Regulatory team members to allow for best practice sharing and lessons learned
  • You contribute to department initiatives such as training and soft skill development

 

Who we are looking for

  • You have a university degree in life sciences, e.g., Biologist/Biochemist, or comparable (master’s degree)
  • You have a minimum of 8 years of working experience in the life science sector
  • You have expertise in the development and manufacture of biotechnology-derived medicinal products, ideally in biosimilar projects
  • You have professional experience and / or educational background in project management
  • You are professional in the use of MS Office
  • You have strong communication skills, proactive team worker, high sense of responsibility and urgency, problem-solving skills
  • You have the willingness to collaborate in internal as well as in inter-company cross-functional teams
  • You are fluent in English, another language is a plus
