Product Lifecycle Strategy Lead (f/m/d)

What you can expect


As Product Lifecycle Strategy Lead you execute the global lifecycle management strategy, maximizing manufacturing network performance, with focus on COGS leadership, supply reliability and high-quality products. You collaborate with different areas of the company (internal Ops, ESO, BD&L) establishing sustainable processes, ensuring a stable flow of initiatives, adequately supported by data and analysis, that fill the identified gaps of the portfolio, and improve COGS and supply performance.

 

  • You apply tech ops strategy to our portfolio: COGS leadership, superior supply reliability and flexibility 
  • You define criteria and processes to trigger life cycle initiatives
  • You create shortlist of products that follow defined criteria and support ESO strategy of CMO network and portfolio consolidation
  • You initiate life cycle initiatives, define path forward and gather relevant stakeholders (ESO, Internal Ops, GTT, Reg. Affairs, etc) for development and execution.
  • Lead cross functional teams on PMO activities to ensure adequate development and execution
  • You liaise with commercial teams and obtain potential market upside for all life cycle initiatives
  • You create metrics and reports that allow control over life cycle initiatives status and execution. Establish alert levels and RACI to ensure success of execution
  • You collaborate different company departments, ESO, internal Ops, finance, on pruning strategy. Create and implement criteria to STADA portfolio


Who we are looking for

 

  • You have a Bachelor´s degree in business economics, industrial engineering, industrial management or a similar field. Master´s degree preferred
  • You have more than 10 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in the areas of market analysis, portfolio analysis, portfolio life cycle management or business development
  • You have extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical value chain: COGS drivers, Production costs
  • You have brief exposure and knowledge of manufacturing processes; understanding of EU regulatory rules and requirements, non-EU requirements is a plus
  • You have experience in project management activities, with demonstrated track record and results
  • You have regular contact with senior management in terms of enquiries and communication style
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are desirable
