What you can expect

 

  • You support the FP&A Business Partner for the STADA leadership team of dedicated regions and markets
  • You conduct performance analysis in close alignment with the Business Partners to identify actionable insights and drive measures to enhance (e.g., via price / cost optimization projects)
  • You perform business simulations and scenario analysis to support decision taking and to assess risks and opportunities
  • You prepare documents as well as ad-hoc analysis as part of the FP&A team 
  • You challenge the status quo of how things are done to make FP&A even better and faster trough e.g., further process automation
  • You gain a profound understanding of business to assist decision making and to support the team
  • You perform market and competitor analysis and identify further growth opportunities to achieve the strategic targets
  • You closely collaborate with Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit and Treasury

 
Who we are looking for

 

  • You hold a Master’s degree in economics with focus on finance, controlling or accounting
  • You have at least 3-5 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling in a multinational company and/or (Strategy) Consulting firm
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods, would be an advantage, as well as exposure to a private equity environment 
  • You have a strong proven business partnering mentality with the maturity and awareness to strike a balance between facilitating and challenging the business
  • You possess an open and transparent approach to working with colleagues with a strong team mentality
  • You are a result- and solution-oriented individual, with a strong work ethic and a positive “can-do”-attitude
  • You are fluent in English
